We don't believe in taking any money before your arrival and you are happy with your chosen property, once viewed in person. All deposits taken are always fully refunded on departure, provided the property is left as found and the contracted rental period is honoured.
On viewing any property you will receive clear information regarding use and operation of facilities within the property, contract details and any local rules that may apply. In most cases water and community fees are included within the rental price, with only electricity and in a few instances, gas charges, being payable by tenants. All properties come with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms and in some, Sky tv, air conditioning and wifi may also be provided at the owner's discretion.
